Walked this am with my friend at the track at the gym. We talked at a decent pace for an hour and fifteen minutes. I wore the new Reebok EasyTone shoes. OMG! Within an hour I was hurting! And, then I came home, organized the kitchen, pantry, refrigerator, etc..., and proceeded to go grocery shopping! I may need to go back to the hospital! Those shoes really work areas that otherwise don't get used! OUCH! I can't imagine what tomorrow will bring.
H took the boys and friends sledding. They just called, wanting me to meet them for dinner. I told them to go somewhere I don't like. I'm stayin' put! OUCH! I could hear the laughter... "Yea, Mom's home cryin' because she WALKED this am!"

Mistake yesterday... I wore three inch heels all evening, and we live in a house, that is nothing but stairs. I think that aided in the soreness!
