First an amusing note.. while getting ready to go out for the evening I showered, got dressed up and used all new shampoo/cologne/aftershave etc... I went into the family room and W was sitting with Ds.
I said good night to D11 and purposely leaned in past my w and kissed D11.. my other D10 comes running up to me saying good night also, jumps into my arms and then stops in mid sentence and says, "Wow, dad,,,you smell so nice!!, you look really pretty tonight"...
I know W got the message...

What a difference..... Went out to a New Years party after an invite from a lady I work with:
Fresh mindset, my 180's always positive attitude, acting as if not worrying about W listening before speaking. taking care of my health working out
RESULT---> much social interaction,,definitely noticed significant increase of the attention of the Women "drawn to me". My attitude changed = Women found that very attractive. My friend came up to me halfway thru the evening and whispered to me that all of her girlfriends thought that I was a really nice guy and that they really like hanging out with me.. what an ego boost..
Got home at 3am
The only significant change from 1 month a go to yesterday was my mindset. I am taking care of me, all the rest will follow...
Had coffee outside with the W this morning.. W initiated conversation for the first time in 3 days.. first question from her.. "How was last nite? My reply, "It was fun.." then I immediately changed the topic to the run I was going to do tomorrow. Told her I was leaving this afternoon and staying there overnight because the event is 3 hrs away.. W reply, "That's nice"...silence......
I did put 2 new pics on Facebook, 1 generic pic and 1 pic of me and my friend with my arm around her (she was THE most gorgeous lady at the party that evening). I know W looks at my FB page...
