1. I will not react to my W's venom when she talks on the phone
2. I will stay calm, composed, cheerful,and confident when talking with my W
3. I will continue to be a good father to my boys and maintain our phone schedule.
4. I will try to do more GAL activities to avoid sinking in depression
5. I want to be mentally and physically strong, at peace with everything I've done to save my M.
