Pat, I know I felt this way a few times. You have to be strong, get over it. She has already left you, so accept it and move on in your mind. I know way easier said than done. I got a prescription for Ambien to help me sleep, it works. Without it I would get no sleep, even though my lying adulterous wife can stay up all night and text her boyfriend she is doing just fine. (sorry for the rant, saw the final cell bill)
