Well, a new twist has occured. WAW called earlier and stated that she would not go to counseling as things she had to tell them would be reported to her commander as what she did was in direct violation of the UCMJ.

I asked her why she thought that as my couselor told me that nothing was reported to the base and that unless there was a crime like murder, rape, etc there was no report. She said she wasn't willing to take that chance and that she wanted the name of our mortgage company so she could have her name taken off of it. She said that since she couldn't meet her end of the deal that she assumed that it was over.

Hmmmmmm, so what now?
