Of course no one will watch unless there is strife, it's just the way they are handling Hope is hitting a little too close to some of the sitches here - makes me mad!

Oh yeah, I hear ya on the real life stuff. I listen to my cousins, including a couple who have been married less than 2 years, belittle their H's with sarcastic remarks and treat them poorly in other ways and I nearly bite my tongue off. I'm starting to think though that I might pull one of them aside and just give her some gentle tips. She is going down the same road I did, even down to what her H does for a living. Very frightening to watch.

Ok, funny story for you all. At least it's still making me giggle a little.

Last night I went to my C and then stopped at the supermarket on my way back home. The market I went to is by my C so not anywhere near where I normally shop. That is semi-important to the story....bear with me.

So....I am in the car and get a text from Gabe asking, "Do you have the munchies?" I almost ran off the road. Yes, not supposed to be reading texts in the car, I know, don't judge me. The reason I nearly wrecked? I was thinking, "Oh my gosh! How does he KNOW that? I just bought several snack items for NYE and NYD and am driving down the road eating a chicken wing I got at the deli because my Aleve was upsetting my stomach." Guilty conscience. LOL! I did reply, "Why?" and then Marc called me to tell me the karate studio was closed for the week (oops...I forgot) and he was on his way home. Gabe took the phone from him to tell me that he had brought more tamales for us. I started laughing and told him what I had thought because I was laughing so hard about it. Couldn't help it and since he had taken Marc's phone to talk to me I couldn't very well not explain why I was laughing in his ear, could I?

Just a fun moment last night.

It really was. Did he somehow see me? What was he doing down that direction and why isn't he at karate with Marc? All these thoughts were running through my head due to my guilty conscience.

Now Dylan, why was that the funnies part of the story? You don't eat wings in the car? These are actually wings with a dry rub on them so not messy but good flavor and they are baked instead of fried which is pretty hard to find. They are from the deli in the supermarket.

Ok, see......listen to me.....justify, justify.....LOL!

Lol. Hey, eating less fried food is a great goal!

I hadn't been to KFC in YEARS. But now that they have their new grilled stuff I went through the drive thru one night after work cuz I was lazy. Got grilled chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes! So yummy!

Nope, I and everyone else, eat NOTHING in my car. I don't even like to do "drive thru" runs to bring back as the smell lingers for days.

I don't like anything other than a piece of fruit or trail mix in my car, just cuz of the mess.

I don't seem to have problems with the smell lingering (course, I don't do it often anyways). Maybe cuz I drive with the windows down like 9 months out of the year lol.
