I remember this girl I dated for awhile and when things were winding down, gave me the "I'll call you later" line. But never did. I still think about her from time to time and wonder what I did wrong to lose that one. Then there was the girl who in breaking up with me swore me up and down, called my house constantly, basically was harrassing and belligerent, I dont even recall her name.
I think John knows the answers to his questions. If we read back through his posts there was a period when his "tone" changed. If he gets back to that mentality and stays there there he will find his long term happiness. He doesnt have to say a thing.
