As ideas and options occur to you, see which one is the scariest, the most uncomfortable. That'll be the one to choose. And therein will lie growth and such a sense of accomplishment after you do it and say to yourself, "say, that wasn't as bad as I expected/dreaded. In fact, it feels good."
