Well, I didn't expect this- I called to check on scheduling additional and earlier appointments with the IC. The whole office is closed, I got the voice mail. They must be closed for the week. There's a 8 or so counselors in the group, and they're all on vacation- "Call 911 if this is an emergency..." So I'm still waiting.
