Last night was a late one for Whatis. I got home about 2:00 am after dropping off STBX at her place. The kids stayed over at our friends place. Our three families had a wonderful afternoon and evening together. I haven't seen these folks probably since last Christmas unless my memory is mistaken. We've all known each other for twenty years, raised our kids together and vacationed together often. Sometimes it's a bit weird to be suddenly back where I was a few years ago, living even for a few days the life I lived then. So far, I haven't had any bad effects from it but it's a brand new year upon us!!!! Anyway, STBX is now inviting me and my parents over to her place for dinner and to celebrate on New Years Day. I'm also inviting my best friend to join us. Y'know, I'll almost be glad when the holidays are over because then I can get back to NOT seeing STBX as much again!
