Yes, we did have a very nice Christmas, Being Me. Hope you did too! On Xmas Eve STBX cooked a lovely meal for us all and we watched 2012 together. STBX and I wrapped presents together later in the evening and I retired to the basement. Her new furnace is like listening to a plane take off every fifteen minutes, great to sleep with! In the a.m. we all got up and opened presents (D15 was up at 7:00, believe it or not, and STBX sent her back to bed!). Later on we all went down to my parents place and had dinner and opened presents again with the rest of my family. We got home about 11:30 pm. Tomorrow, we are going to a Xmas get together with some old friends who we've known for at least twenty years. It's three couples (us included) who have kids the same age. WE've raised our kids together and used to go to the cottage and on trips together. I still am invited to get togethers although I come only once in a while. Tomorrow, I'm going. It should be fun. Today D12 and I went out boxing day shopping and the deals were pretty much non-existent but I did end up with a DVD player for $39 (and I probably could have got it for that any other time too ) All the best Being Me, glad you found my new digs!
