First Christmas with my re-defined family. It went OK. Son was thankful and happy. Daughter was sullen and unappreciative. Kids had a good Christmas though; my mother was here. We made cheese and sausage kolaches for breakfast. Kiddos spent the night with me last night and woke up at my house this Christmas morning.
They left with their mother this afternoon to go out of town to visit her parents.
Strangely, I feel OK right now...although I had some rough moments earlier today. Emotions. Gotta work hard tomorrow in a busy ER so I'll turn in early tonight. Got 2 good cats to keep me company right now.
