I will be ready for the laundry list. This will be hard not to react...completely opposite of me ya know? but I'll suck it up!
I know it won't be easy and is against your nature. If you can, think of the laundry list as something good for you. It's never easy when someone points out your mistakes. Especially when they come within a harsh context. The positive side of this is that you can use them to improve yourself.
Think of it as a Road Map or Instruction Manual, instead. Digest it all before commenting or acting. You might get a window into his soul and not just a bunch of criticisms. All depends on how you choose to receive it and respond to it.
