Sandi - just re-read your list of do's and dont's. The detaching going to be challenging as we are under the same roof and will only be working a couple of days over the next 2 weeks. I have a question too...for me, should I add one to the list of do's and dont's and that is demand respect. Right now she is very disrespectful to me at home. Do I ignore that or do like I did last night and call her on it and tell her not to do that in front of the kids? thanks in advance
