Hey, the best part is that my purchases were all from "Money on the Card", ya know, that free money they give ya for just using their Mastercard. I've never paid a penny in interest but get plenty of use out of that free money they give me from every purchase! Anyway, today was a really nice day. I phoned STBX and asked her if D12 and I could come and visit her at her new workplace. She was really happy about the idea. I brought along some scented pine cones in a container for her to keep in her office. So D and I drove downtown, through the traffic from hell, and STBX gave is a tour and introduced us to her workmates. At one point STBX slipped, normally she introduces me as Whatis but one time she said "this is my...my..." and I jumped in "I'm her daughters father" and STBX said "yes, he's her father". STBX took us out for Burritos for lunch and then D and I said our farewells and went for a tour of the main street in the area and bought a really cute and neat little nativity scene for the apartment. The whole scene is in a gift box and the characters are attached to each portion of the box so that when you unfold the gift box the nativity scene presents itself...if that makes any sense. We stopped at the post office to pick up a parcel that was there for me and it was my Qi Gong DVD's I'd been waiting for and not only had they sent me what I'd ordered but the entire set! I'll consider that a nice gesture on their part!!!! I've tried the first DVD just now and it's a really relaxing exercise which should help with tension. I'm looking forward to seeing the other nine.
