Trust your instincts. I don't think there is an OW or if there is it could be very recent. I'm not advocating that you fly blind here and ignore the possibility. Anything is possible.

I know it won't be easy and is against your nature. If you can, think of the laundry list as something good for you. It's never easy when someone points out your mistakes. Especially when they come within a harsh context. The positive side of this is that you can use them to improve yourself.
