She is feeling pain, and she has been, probably for a long time. Otherwise she wouldn't be lashing out at you!

Misery loves company. So she is trying to make you miserable with her.

Once she exhausts that, the guilt will set in, and then she will feel miserable all over again.

Again, she is being selfish. She has reverted to a state of teenage angst. She is being selfish and emotional. It's just a fact. Has nothing to do with you right now, you are just a convenient target.

She will realize in time. She has to go through this at her own pace though.

It's not really about you. Take a step back and don't take it so personally.
