Save my marriage to w she is moving on

Of course I want joint custody. Right now the way it is about 60/40 and ive been asking to get more time. She says that shes been fair and she not giving it.
I have hired a Lawyer and ill fight to get joint 50/50 of my kids but in Ca it doesnt always work that way.
We have to go to mediation first to see if we can come to an agreement.
Its so amazing that she always blasting woman that didnt give the father's 50/50 but at this point she is not willing to do.
