I have two stops tomorrow for presents, then I'm done! Yea!
Took S10 and friend to Buffalo Wild Wings (again) to watch the UNC game tonight. Fun! Saw some friends there, and one of my friends met us there for a $3.70 tall beer. LoL She was out shopping, and happened to see my car there.
I have some S12 bball teammates here, sleeping over. They're darling. Love the boys.
H will be home tomorrow for a short time, as he has a follow-up appointment w/the naturopath. I'll make sure he has a nice dinner waiting, as the boys and I will be gone at dinner-time, and he has to go back out of town when he's done. I can't believe he's gone a month on this detox program. She called me today, as I requested an appointment for the beginning of the year. I'm convinced my metabolism has completely stopped. (It can't be my diet and lack of exercise, right?!?!) My BFF went to her, and she's down about three sizes in jeans now... Also, I checked out the private training gym by the boys' school. I'll be doing their 8:30am boot camp class THE WEEK they go back to school. I will have no excuses after the heart procedure.
Tomorrow night is the 7th Grade Mom's Xmas dinner at the same restaurant H and I went to this weekend. It's awesome!!! Today, while I was shopping, I picked them all up a gift. Something VERY fun! They're these wine glasses, w/these women on them... FUNNY! One is a Glam Girl. One is a BFF. One is a DIVA... They are all hysterical, and have BOOBS sticking out off of them! I am giving to them randomly for fear of creating DRAMA! It will be so fun.
S12's soccer camp ends tomorrow. He told me today (afterwards) that the pro's running the camp (we know one, just drafted this year, came up through the rank's of my boys' club, and the other also was drafted this year, and came up through the rank's of my boys' club) make over $250,000 a year, MOM! Can you imagine? The Mom's and I were talking, and giggling a bit after we heard that... Handfull added they would make over a million if they were endorsed by underwear companies and modeled! Seriously, really nice boys running the camp, and what great role models. One was captain of Michigan State's soccer team (until he graduated, and was drafted), and the other was captain of Indiana's soccer team (until he graduated, and was drafted). S10 wouldn't go "because they don't know anything about goalkeeping, and who wants to WORK during break?" He's a piece of work.
Hope all is well w/my friends on the DB board. It's a very busy, emotional time.
