"My actions are my only true belongings. I cannot escape the consequences of my actions. My actions are the ground upon which I stand." Thich Nhat Hanh
I remember something when I was younger about a cat who thought that happiness was in his tail. As much as he tried, and as much as he chased his tail, he could never catch it. And an older cat finally told him that he too once thought that happiness was in his tail. And as much as he tried to catch his tail, and the happiness it contained, he never could. He finally realized that if he just went on about his business, that his tail just seemed to follow him wherever he went!

The dog is in Seattle with his family. The she is with kids with her family.
Had a narrow miss yesterday. On the way to the airport dropping off kids at the she's house when another car drives up. She says "oh, (BF) is here. You can meet him." I didn't say anything but I didn't want to. Guess he didn't want to either because the car backed out of the driveway and left.
I know she has a BF but I don't care to know the details. Kinda hurt but I was ok. Called a friend and talked it through for a little while.
Otherwise the dog is doing ok. Will use this week with family to relax and reset.

I'm sorry man. That must have hurt. Don't know if there's anything we can say to ease your pain...except that we have empathy for you. We know it hurts. And we'll hurt for you and with you too.
You are a good man.
Merry Christmas O'dog.

It was good to spend time with my family. I needed the time away from work and the cold place.
The Dog received a windfall as expected however I might lose some or all of it if the ch 13 trustee files a claim to it. Waiting for answer from my atty. Easy come, easy go.
Other than that, doing ok. Texting and writing a friend.
