18 months ago, H missed the final deadline I had set in my head. I went away, 3 days, on a rocky beach outside Athens, stayed at a friends' place. It was end of June 2008. I could hear the waves all night, sleeping in a "strange bed", forcing myself to take the next step to cut my losses. I believe I was in a similar state of mind you are.
