WAW wants to get togeather?

ya so today i parked in between two trucks so she could not park right next to me ( i noticed she has been trying to park next to me more and more) well Im sitting there and I hear them pull in on the other side of one of the trucks.. so Im sitting there and they are taking there time and I open my car door to wait for the kids to come by my car and I see W look up over the truck right at me and made a point to make eye contact I have avoided eye contact with her for a very long time... I just dont get why she is doing this now.... its like a game????
