It's amazing how long the repercussions of actions can be felt.
I can't remember how much detail I posted about the house here. But it's a 3 bed 1 bath on .13 acres. 2 car garage, partially attached (it opens to the back patio as opposed to directly into the house). Built in 1954 on a raised foundation.
