h is in mlc, now threatening divorce...

My H is definately going through an MLC too! All of our H's sound the same.

It's terrible the things they say and how they behave. Here I thought my H was just an a**hole but he is just like the rest of them!

i believe my h has been mlc for over 3 years...only to move out 4 months ago.

it is so hard. thats all i can say right now...

my h just called our 8 y/o back...
i took the phone in to see id she was asleep yet, gave it to her and she couldnt remember why she had called...

the heartbreaker...she said, daddy can you come home...because i want you to...

i let them finish...walked out onto our back deck and threw up...several times...

our daughters think h works nights now too...he has done this in the past so its not so out of place for them.

i can hear him now...we need to do something tell them something...

we are in the process of finding a family councellor...for other issues...8 y/o is severe adhd and is having trouble in school.
dont want to put any more on their plates until we are sure as to what is going to happen...IF we ever do...


please keep in touch...when you are able this board is my only outley right now!!!

Do NOTHING about the family councilor until next year... it's too late for this year anyhow, so take your mind off it.

Every evening before you go to sleep I want you to list THREE things you're going to do the next day FOR YOURSELF and ONLY YOURSELF. Things that will make you happy. Additionally, the next time you list the THREE things, I'd like to see a report back on what you did for the day.

ok, these may seem weak...in my world right now however they do mean something...

1. give myself EXTRA time to actually enjoy my morning shower instead of having it be a chore...

2.allow myself enough time b4 work to stop and get a capucchino

3.stop and get a haircut after work
