Countdown stalled. Currently looping in holding pattern.
OK, earlier on I updated that I bought a cellphone. I've selected two pretty ladies to assist me in looking for a new pad. I called them EA#1 and EA#2... and after posting realized how it might confuse some people so I will refer to them as RA1 and RA2 from now on.
They both called the apartment yesterday looking for me. They had both been given specific instructions to ask for Gno and if I was not there to only leave their names. No messages. Weeeeeeell... needless to say I didn't get notifications. Mrs Gno has given no indication of this bothering her... yet. I called them this morning and gave them my new cell number. When Mrs Gno commented about my toy I gave her the number. She said something along the lines of "what you giving me this for?" My reply was "In case of emergency. I'm going to be pretty busy from now on and won't be around much." My phone NEVER leaves my side now. And I rush to answer the home phone whenever it rings. (This is totally out of character for me because I never get calls @home)
Another change in my behavior is a "new" taste for rock music. It's not new, but W never liked it so I never played it around the house. Now I do... from my computer and LOUD. And I'm screamin' along to songs like Black Sabbath's Paranoid and Accept's B*lls to the Wall. Oh and my demeanor has changed too. I'm swankin' around with my head held high like I own the world and nothing phases me. Like I used to be before I got married.
Mrs Gno's comment summarizes her reaction so far, "I know the game you're playing and it won't work with me. Don't think you're making me jealous." This was met with a surprised tone of voice, "Huh? This isn't a game baby. I'm making some real changes in my life. OK, see you later," and left to get picked up by RA2. I dunno if she was watching or not. We'll see.
Anyway, its pretty late here and I need some sleep. Will read tomorrow and see if there's anything I missed.
