It just seems as if she's been cake eating for awhile and I know how hard you've been trying. Actually you had tried to get her to make a decision before and she didn't answer. Maybe it's time to do something different.
Not saying you should go out and date other people, but is there something else you can do in a social capacity that would have her see you in a different light? Right now you're stuck in the friendzone.
