Went to church. Took son and his sleep over buddy to late lunch. We had a really nice afternoon. Lots of giggles. Feeling refreshed and renewed.

Now, need to do some flylady tasks...almost tempted to procrastinate and start Monday...and just let today be a Fun-day! Yep, think I will do just that!

Hey Colleen! thanks for stopping by my thread and offering your words of encouragement. I will take you up on it at the next opportunity.

Regarding your H's love bank - keep a close ear and eye on him while he is home and I bet he offers up some clues without even knowing it.

I love to do things for my H - unexpected things. Like when he goes on a hunting or fishing weekend, I will put together a care package of things related to it - eg. for fishing walleyes, I put in some Rapala's, some spoon lures, some treats for out in the boat, a disposable camera, etc. Or simply slipping notes into various pockets - with ILY's or other suggestive thoughts on them. Or since yours likes art, find one of those fancy postcards on the Metropolitan Museum of Art website and send them to him, saying that you also appreciate the fine things in life - like him in yours...

Corny enough for you? I hope that my H will be home sometime soon, so I can resume those things. In the meantime, I will live vicariously through your successes.

Have a great time with H home this week. I'm glad that your meds arrived.

We had a nice chat before he had to take a phone call and rush off...H is at work, so H can't always focus on me, me, me when H calls...that's ok...H made the effort to call me...that's the important thing. I have to understand that H is at work and is at work making money to support me and my S, so gotta let h work and respect that h is in h's work environment when H calls.

Alaska, I used to be bugged when XW would call me at work. I now understand her need to do that, I used to blow her off. Until he understands your need to call and connect, don't expect too much.

, prescriptions are from a mail in place and prescription got screwed up somehow....have been doing good so far, but am starting to sleep more and get hours screwed up....a bit of depression sliding in...need to be wary and sleep, eat, and get out on a regular basis. Hopefully med sitch will be rectified soon.

Are there any natural meds you can use?

Not really...but eating regularly, sleeping as regularly as possible and trying to stick to a healthy schedule helps immensely...
