You go out to ENJOY yourself. You go out to GAL. You go out to take a break. You do NOT go out to make him jealous.
The benefit of going out is that you become a happier person, you continue LIVING... when he sees that it makes him wonder... Just like you are wondering and letting your mind screw you over. I've been there, done that... and am now returning the favor. How that affects Mrs Gno does not matter. Whether she gets angry or not... is not my problem until she indicates that she is interested in resolving our issues.
