I am SOOO impressed with your progress here. Isn't it amazing how sometimes we can CHANGE internally in literally a second!
Now that doesn't mean there isn't HARD WORK ahead (as you know only too well) but when that bolt strikes and we KNOW we have to change (not just for our M's, kids,..but for US) it is POWERFUL.
I am SOOO glad your biopsy came back negative! I imagine your new outlook, faith, getting off the sauce, and having more love/less stress is only going to improve the odds that your cancer will NOT return!!!

I'm thinking that if he's said you use sex as a weapon, the undies might not be the best bet.
