Deployed Soldier/Father needs your help

it is basically a ticket that indicates there was an open container of alcohol in her vehicle. I am sure they did a alcohol test on her too, but she must of passed that.

There were no pics of people, just plate numbers, room numbers, pics of vehicles, where they went.

I am still waiting on confirmation about the M soldier.
