You are so right Michelle. He will probably still be yoyoing like he has been for years. Too bad for him.

You will have an awesome house, wonderful bf, and your fabulous life that you have created without him. GREAT!

This time of year is so hard, but since you recognize it you will be able to deal with it in a timely manner.

So, any hope of letting go of the retail job any time soon? I'm seriously considering giving mine up. It just doesn't put enough in my pocket to justify the time away from the people who need me.
