This is a link to a base in korea, I have no idea if its the one that hes at, I think that if you just google Army bases in South Korea you should be able to find the right one. Regardless, if you reach out to the Chaplain services at any base, Im almost positive that they will not turn you away, even if they cant halp you, Im sure that they will figure out how to put you in touch with the correct people. Even if you just google'd the post nearest you, you could probably pretty easily find the contact info for the right people.
If all else fails, walk down to the nearest church to you and ask to speak with the pastor. These people may not be licensed therapists, but I can almost guarantee you that they have experience dealing with this kind of thing.
