NO, get the military involved, they can put him on a certain amount of pay he can take and you have the rest,. They can even bust him down a rank, put him on quarters for not accepting his legal responsibilities.
They have ALOt of experience in this area and the military can do oh so much with pay.
Please go speak to them immediately. go see the chaplain on post if you are not comfortable speaking to his chain of command, it's another way around it, or you can go see the IG.
