I was watching this comedy last night “Evan Almighty” and Morgan Freeman who plays god gives this line…
Let me ask you something. If someone prays for patience, you think God gives them patience? Or does he give them the opportunity to be patient? If he prayed for courage, does God give him courage, or does he give him opportunities to be courageous? If someone prayed for the family to be closer, do you think God zaps them with warm fuzzy feelings, or does he give them opportunities to love each other?
Really got me thinking.. Well today I worked on MIL garage and then took care of Sick wife all day. She was really out of it. Had to make run to the store for more Kleenex and medicine made son’s lunch and took him to school and picked him up, I folded the clothes, Washed the dishes and W Finley listened to me and let me set up the vaporizer for her. She was supposed to take MIL to the doctor Tuesday but I guess now I am... Well got ta go son wants to watch a movie with me… Later Doc.
I am not a real doctor but today I played one…..(not the fun game of Doctor though)
