Don't dismiss those happy feelings either! Cherish and accept them when you have them also. They are true and your entitled to them also!

Just when you notice that you are sad or wondering why you were happy before and not now when your W is coming back, accept that given the situation your feelings are going to fluctuate and work on accepting them in the moment for what they are, just feelings and just thoughts that cause them..
