I have about an hour or so of paperwork to do for Mediator for tomorrow.

And after two months of keeping this entire place in a constant state of immaculate, spotless real-estate-showing-ready condition, I've let it go all to hell during the past week of long winter gig hours. I'm talking about rooms that are almost hard to walk through! Looks like someone lobbed some laundry, kitchen and bedroom hand grenades into Gardener abode! shocked

And, I got an email tonight that there will be two showings tomorrow morning!! cry
Time to go get the broom, vacuum and maybe shovel and leaf-blower and get to work!
