Call up a female friend who you can go out with and sit and have a conversation with, one who you trust and one who knows the boundary of friendship. Dinner if you can or just have a coffee. Perhaps one you have not seen In awhile but could reconnect. This is the first aspect of GAL. Reconnect with old friends.
Start with a new outfit. Get it fitted. Get you best watch out. New shoes and a haircut. Also get a new cologne. Spend some hours here. Antipicate that your creating a new you. One who needs to get up and stand on his feet again. One who feels like a man. Enjoy this. For it is something you have forgotten about for a very long time.
2nd. You are going to start keeping a journal. Its called a solutions journal. For now your going to write out 2 long term goals. And then your going to start working on your daily goals. This is the second aspect of GAL. Goals. Small attainable goals.
Day 1 goals could be this. 1. Smile 10 times today at people 2. Get new outfit 3. Do 20 minutes of cleaning 4. Do one good deed to a stranger. 5. Read for 20 minutes 6. I will take 1 step forward today so when I take 2 steps back I can see exactly where my next step will land.
