Take that to the bank. 100% guaranteed. Your job during that is to be a rock. Turn a deaf ear and focus on your own goals.

Think of your W as your drill-sergeant. She's going to spew an incredible amount of crap your way. She's going try and do whatever she can to break you. Your job is to stand at attention and let the abuse wash over you because you know this isn't personal.

Some rules of thumb:

2. Anything you say or do can and will be used against you.

4. Believe nothing of what she says and 50% of what she does.
