soleil, the military is almost the last bastion for fighting affairs. It is punishable under the UCMJ, and you can be kicked out if you don't stop the contact. However, it is up to the individual to actually stop. Someone has to PROVE there is more contact for more action to be taken. I am working this avenue very hard.
