I think that they will still sneak around, and find somewhere else to carry on. I guess it will be my job to bust it again and again-very expensive though-if any one has any ideas here?? I'm sure OM COC will lay down the law, but who is to say if they follow it. If they don't, then OM can be punished under UCMJ. But then again-Om may not care. I dunno.
