I know I may be naive in saying this. But if there was an OW, I really really don't think it would be her. He would lose a lot of respect in his career. She applied to work at his station and they turned her down cause she isn't that good of a person. All his fellow officers dislike her and put in bad references when she applied. They give all members a chance to dish the dish when someone applies. She received really bad dish. She has a bad name here at the station that's why she had to apply to a different city. Even at the hockey banquet, nobody talked to her other than H and his friend and this other guy at the table.
It would just look really bad on his part.
