The fact you have not been notified doesn't matter most likely. In my state, a person can get a temporary restraining order (TRO) without notice to the party they want to restrain. It lasts for 30 days and is meant as a stop gap maneuver until a hearing on a preliminary injunction (which requires notice to the party restrained).
