Oooh, we're not only in the same state, but possibly close by! I know I was reelected this year so it's not my job you're taking. I'm in a very small town as well. I work from my house which has worked out nicely. My MIL was the clerk for 29 years and she lives across the street so I've bugged her lots for the 5 years I've been doing it. We have a separate tax collector so I don't do that, but I would probably take that on if the current lady ever decides not to run.
