I expect a big breakfast as well in the morning Weekend special. Ulster fry. Ham, potatoes, mushrooms, eggs, beans and a slice of tomato. 50% sharing the cooking. One washes and one dries afterwards... Follow that up with a walk afterwards.
Ahhh a perfect sunday.... Putter about. Not a care in the world.

So, H comes into town, runs home, showers and meets us at S12's bball game (11 points tonight!!!). He's still in this jovial mood, that he's had since I told him not to hate because he's getting senile... He's doing his normal, goofing off w/some of the parents thing, messing w/my mom (she's incredibly gullible), etc...
We come home after the game, and I have a pot roast in the crock pot, and some side dishes that he can have (he's detoxing, since he's so full of POISON, I mean he has a yeast allergy thing going on...). We all have dinner, and they all loved it. H and the boys put the lights on the tree, and we all work on getting the rest of the xmas decor up. H even went upstairs and brought down some lighting fixtures that he hasn't brought down, since THE BOMB in 12/07. For some reason, he didn't want anything to do w/all of this xmas decor.
Usually he spends most of his "at home" time w/the boys. Tonight he helped me, and then followed me into my office for half an hour chit chatting about our up and coming weekend. (S12 has an out of town bball tournament.)
He's now out doing the driveway for me, since it's snowed another five inches here.
All is good. I think I just need to keep up w/the giving of space, being pleasant to be around (wasn't I always, SHHEEESH!), handling the snarkiness w/humor, and dropping some unexpected twists at him.
We'll see what happens after the holidays. Let's get the procedure out of the way, etc...
