hey, can you think back to the first time you were here, and if you were feeling this same way, and what was it that pulled you out of it? can you remember?
what can you do to get out of this funk? The problem is, if you REALLY want your M to work, if you stay in this funk, you are making your chances of it working lower and lower and lower. This path will not put you on the path of restoration.
So, you get to make a choice. Do you stay on this path, and feel bad for yourself (and I totally totally understand, and we all sometimes want to stay there too, and it's okay to feel that way) OR do you want to make things better? YOU CAN make choices to make things get better. You have more power in your hands than you think. But this road your traveling on is getting you farther and farther from your goal.
I'm so glad you decided to get up...although sleep might be good for you too if your not getting much... and great job putting on the music and working out. Running has really helped my mood I have noticed, and any type of exercise will help you. try to do something everyday if you can, and get out in the sun. try to make good food choices because bad food choices will only increase the likelyhood of you having more depression. So feed yourself well! Give yourself the best chance it can have to feel better!
