Pasta is great with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. For bread here's Gno's secret recipe... Place the bread in the toaster. Take some light yellow cheese, sprinkle it with oregano, add a little salt. Nuke it in the microwave for 40 seconds so it gets nice and melty. Layer it onto the toast... Voila! Healthy replacement for pizza. You can add onion and tomato too if you like.
