I cut out everything with sugar and oily content. If it was fried... it died. Margarine, butter and anything containing them is out.
The only oil I consume is olive oil in salad. I eat as much of anything I want. I eat cheese, bread (sometimes 10 slices a day), pasta whatever. Just as long as there's no oil or sauces in it. For pasta just add parmesan.
You'll find after three weeks you can't stomach the taste of oil and you wonder how the heck you ever liked it. Seriously. I've maintained the weight loss for over two months now, so it's kind of permanent. And BTW up until last year I was ALWAYS a bit overweight and tried numerous diets. Diets don't work. Changing the way you eat does.
