wow, you've done really good with your D18. I am proud of YOU! going thru all of that would be so hard and stressful, but keeping those boundaries and sticking to them...then giving her the rewards if she does the work, is great. and paying back the tuition, that's just like a place of employment, they won't pay for failing grades.
