The problem with them being a beneficiary is that they cant access the money until they are 18.
My judgement does say that as time goes along, I can modify the beneficiary amounts such that they would still meet the remaining child support obligation time period.
It also says that I cannot borrow money using the insurance policy.
Yeah, my xh's was supposed to maintain his life insurance policy (OSGLI - 100k term life). Of course....he didn't. He hasn't followed 1 thing in our settlement. I hope for your sake and your kid's sake that Dan maintains his income.
