Hi SD. I know that in Ak to get a D when one party refuses to participate, there has to be a separation in place for 2 years.

I havent ever been served, but, dont they have to ask you who you are? It seems like if you are expecting this you could possibly avoid it. Just dont answer any strange men who ask if you are SoldierDad! And even if she does serve you, you dont have to sign anything!
